GooGooLime Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Production Time: All GooGooLime products are custom-made when ordered. Production time generally takes between 2–7 business days for apparel and 2–5 business days for non-apparel items.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing and fulfillment initiation.

  • Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (holidays or sales events), production times may extend slightly due to higher order volumes.

2. Shipping Times and Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping generally takes 5–12 business days for domestic orders within the United States. For international orders, shipping times vary but can take 10–20 business days depending on location and customs processing.

  • Shipping Carriers: Our primary shipping carriers include USPS, FedEx, and DHL for domestic and international deliveries.

  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited options are available at an additional cost. Shipping times will vary by location and carrier availability.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. Shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free Shipping: GooGooLime may offer free shipping promotions periodically, which will be indicated on applicable products or during checkout if active.

4. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Please ensure the shipping address is accurate, as GooGooLime cannot be held responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

  • Lost Packages: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact GooGooLime customer support for assistance. We will work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Shipping Insurance: For added peace of mind, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. GooGooLime cannot guarantee replacements for lost items without insurance coverage.

  • Contact for Delayed Deliveries: If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days for domestic or 45 days for international orders, reach out to us for assistance.

6. Returns Due to Incorrect Shipping Address

  • If an order is returned to Printful’s facility due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange for reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Local Pickup or Delivery

  • Currently, GooGooLime does not offer local pickup options. All orders are fulfilled and shipped through Printful directly to the provided address.
