1. What is your return policy?
Since all our products are custom-made through Printful, returns and exchanges are handled under their policies. We only accept returns if the item is defective, misprinted, or the wrong product was shipped. Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size, as these products are made to order.
How the return process works:

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 4 weeks of receiving your order.

Provide us with a photo and description of the issue so we can assess the claim.

Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note: Returns for non-defective reasons are not accepted due to the custom nature of our products.

2. What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?
If your order arrives with damage, a printing defect, or is the wrong item, we will work with Printful to resolve the issue promptly. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

Contact us within 4 weeks of receiving the product. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Include clear photos of the defective or damaged item, showing the issue (such as a misprint or damage from shipping).

We will review the photos and the issue with Printful to determine if a replacement or refund is warranted.

If approved, we’ll have a replacement item shipped to you at no additional cost or issue a refund for the product.

3. Where do I return my order?
When a return is approved for a defective or incorrect product, Printful handles the return process. It’s important to note that returns should be sent to the address we provide, which will be one of Printful’s fulfillment centers.
Important return information:

Do not use a PO box address for returning products. PO box returns will not be handled, and the product will not be processed for refund or replacement.

When you contact us for a return, we will provide the correct return address, which will be based on where your order was fulfilled (either in the U.S. or Europe).

Once the return is received and processed by Printful, you’ll be notified, and the refund or replacement will be initiated.

4. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer size or color exchanges. Every product is made on-demand, so it’s important to double-check the size guide and product specifications before placing your order.

Before purchasing, review the size chart provided on the product page.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, unfortunately, Printful’s policies do not allow for exchanges. You would need to place a new order for the correct size or color.

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within a very short window after being placed since Printful typically begins fulfillment quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll see if the cancellation is possible before production begins.
